Acquisition[edit]
- Found in the Applied Development Lab (home instance), in the small lab at the top of the pyramid in front of you as you enter the instance.
- The small lab has Scholar Octavian Inkblood and his Amphebe standing in it. The chair is next to Inkblood.
- Start at
Magustan Court Waypoint — . Mount a Skyscale or Griffon and fly north of the Rata Sum to the Advanced Metamystics Lab.
