Raw Essence of Awe can be found and collected around Droknar's Light during events Gather essence of awe around Droknar's Light and Collect essence to maintain Droknar's Forge, respectively. Can be also gained from destroying specific objects and killing enemies during the latter event. It's one of few essences requested by Lyhr to forge a new key to get into The Wizard's Tower.
