Patch	Changes
October 04, 2022	This trait no longer triggers Lesser Utility Goggles when disabled or blinded. Instead, it triggers after using a healing skill. Lesser Utility Goggles: Increased resistance duration from 2 seconds to 3 seconds. This skill now removes one damaging condition in addition to its other effects
April 14, 2020	Corrected the text description of this trait to reflect that Lesser Utility Goggles is granting resistance and not fury.
March 31, 2020	The description of this trait has been updated for accuracy.
December 17, 2019	Fixed a bug in which this trait used the old version of Utility Goggles. It now reflects the newly updated behavior, granting resistance and clearing blindness.

March 27, 2018	Fixed a bug that allowed this trait to trigger its cooldown while players had stability and a disabling control effect was incoming. Increased the cooldown from 40 seconds to 90 seconds in PvP only.
