Acquisition

You must complete the Disrupt the Illusions event, first. Disrupt the Illusions is a level 80 event that occurs in Skyshroud Canopy by the lily ponds west of Giant's Lap. The source page says it respawns every 10 minutes or so.

• Fractured Magical Essence
  • The initial orb spawns SE of Giant Leap POI, the essence is then hiding back about 2/3 of the way towards the event (below the letter "p" in Canopy on the world map)
