• Obtained via the Runeforger's Chest located in the Sand Jackal Run.
  • Use the sand portal located North-West from Drojkor, Spirit Squall, with two Veteran Portal Researchers and two Wild Jackals flanking it. (Requires the shifting sands mastery.)
  • Alternatively you can use a glider or a flying mount to reach the level directly below Drojkor where the chest is located.
