Rift Entrances can be found around Bloodstone Fen during the Fragmented Wastes meta event. Approaching one will cause it to teleport the player to one of the currently open rift events. They will despawn if their associated event ends; however, there is a delay between the event ending and the rift disappearing, and approaching a rift during this time will knock the player back.
