Notes

• Attempting to rotate the cannon too far will produce a warning that "You cannot fire the weapon in that direction." The shot may appear to be legal, but the cannon will not fire and the skill will go on cooldown.
• The "shot" is actually a spread of bullets, and as such will not always hit every enemy within the target area.
