Singer's Spirit is an old statue of Dwayna found in Arborstone.

Arborstone - Use the teleporter north-east of the Arborstone Waypoint — to the second level, then enter the teleporter across the room to the third level. Turn left outside the room.

Interacting with the statue gives the player the Singer's Spirit effect which allows you to see and collect Blessings of Arborstone. They are on the branches to the South West and go up to the fourth level where the Singer's Fountain is. There is a maximum of 51 blessings to collect which you have to deposit at the fountain before the timer runs out.
The Arborstone Vaulter achievement requires you to collect a total of 500 blessings over any number of runs.
It's easiest and fastest to do this activity with a Skyscale. Though all Blessings can be reached on foot, collecting all of them this way will be challenging.
