Spectral Agony is an effect applied to everyone while doing Into the Valley of Shadow story mission.

Notes[edit]

  • The player is considered in combat while affected.
  • Scales with condition damage, so players with high condition damage end up suffering more
  • Applies to pets and minions so mechanist's Jade Mech CJ-1 or ranger pets can take a lot of damage from it
