Recipe for Nayos Stew

Nayos Stew (serves 6-8)

Ingredients:

• 2 lb. skitterer thorax meat

• 1 lb. potatoes

• 1 lb. spiderbrush tubers

• Salt and pepper from ration packs (to taste)

Steps:

1. Peel the chitin off the thorax meat and wash thoroughly (you'll know when you're done when the water stops turning purple)
2. Combine ingredients in pot and cook over low heat for 6-8 hours.

Make sure to monitor soldiers eating it for the first time in case of allergic reactions!
