October 18, 2016	Fixed a bug that prevented the sixth effect of this rune from working properly with certain elite skills.
April 15, 2014	Rune rework update: Reduced condition damage bonus from 28 to 25. Reduced incoming condition duration reduction from 10 to 5%. Reduced condition damage bonus from 55 to 50. Replaced by the fifth effect. Moved to the fourth effect. Replaced with a condition damage bonus of 100. Added application of poison.
