Can this be bought only once per account? Where do I find my account's current Swim-Speed Boost?

I'm assuming the different account swimspeed boosts can each be bought only once per account?
Also, apart from checking Astora's vendor interface, is there any other way to check what my account's swim speed boost is currently at? --112.199.164.168 15:45, 3 July 2024 (UTC)

The function of account swim boost is totally confusing. It's hard to understand what needs to be done. --> when I have an account boost, where is that located, and where can I see what level of account boost I have already? --> what needs to be purchased in the specific characters, to participate on that boost? And can I increase the boost further or do I have to increase the infusions per character?
