This can be done solo but is tight. There are three "damaged memory crystals" around the outer/upper ring that need to be activated and powered up before the timer completes. Initially they're just purple crystal rubble on the ground. Rytlock, Kasmeer and Canach each go to one of the locations and stand by the rubble. Go to each NPC and gather the "crystal essences" near them as quickly as possible. Use Skyscale if you have it, or Springer if not. Then make sure to walk on top of the crystal rubble by Rytlock/Kas/Canach to trigger the memory crystal. You'll get an activation notification sound when you do. Make sure that notification happens, then mount up on Raptor and leap to the next. As soon as the third memory crystal is powered and activated the achievement notification will popup, before the portal to Glint's lair at the bottom of the ring appears.
