North event

Currently, it seems achievement eligibility for the northern event is bugged and the only way to get this effect there is by being in the event area when the event spawns. Getting downed removes the effect. I got achievement credit after I waited for the event to spawn at the location, and succefully completing it while not getting downed and not leaving the area.
