- Dear god the scaling, was testing level scaling but the rate seems to change from about 7.5 to around 12, back down to 3 so... If anyone wants to give it another shot here's what I tested already. These are all done with 0 condi damage and use effective level listed, note this is total raw damage for 5s in PvE so may want to divide that first:
- level 1 = 60
- level 3 = 75
- level 20 = 207
- level 40 = 362
- level 60 = 610
- level 80 = 672
