Gortho, Son of Malik is the ogre is listed as the vendor for this item, but he was not at the location mentioned, so I had to look it up. I'm not sure if this has changed recently, but an unrelated guide said the vendor is now Ohtrogg, Bird Whisperer, an ogre located straight east at Grostogg's Kraal in the Iron Marches. He was dead when I arrived at Grostogg's Kraal, so I had to complete the event to kill all the branded and then revive him. You must then help him revive all his friends, or else he will be too busy doing that to sell you anything. He sells the Bird Whistle and Ogre Pet Tonic (the same items as the original ogre).
