Do all vendors share the same daily limit?

Is there a total daily limit ?

Not counting those that can be earned from achievements/zone fishing rewards these appear to be available each day:

• 11 from Adolescent Leviathans
• 5 from 'Sold by' table vendors
• 3 from Daily Catch merchants by trading a fish specific to each merchant
• Certain fish have a guarantee or chance for a drop, but I do not know if that is limited by another cap.
  • There are about 33 fish that 'guarantee' a drop
  • Similarly there are about 100 that offer a chance of a drop
