Notes for Spin and Green Line Mechanics

• For CM: Projectiles from spin can be evaded and invulned to avoid damage and debuff (however both bypass blocks). Projectiles do get body-blocked by players, but not by mechs or pets.
  For CM: Green line mechanic has a hard minimum of 5 people, otherwise it's an instant death each time if there's 5 players remaining.
  For NM: No infirmity debuff on player targeted with green line, but debuff applied to all other allies such as pets.

=== Precision Anxiety / Mind FLayer there's confusing wording on the main page that sort of suggests that this can be achieved with someone dead if they had already turned and turned back and this isn't the case. it should be clearly stated that everyone must be alive at the end of the encounter. just putting this here in case there is some wrinkle I'm aware of, but we had all 10 turn and back, and one died, and we did not get the achieve.
