Notes on Creation 23 is found on a small hill overlooking Forecastle Rock. A nameless Inquest spawns there along with Creation 23, watching Creation 23 fight castaways. Both inquest and the note despawns when Creation 23 disappears
Only one voice line was observed - "A very intriguing outcome indeed"
Needs further visits to see his other voice lines on event success (if any)
