Do you think the reason it's cursed is because it's powered by Joko's awakening magic? Think about it, you get the Riddle of the Deadeye from the Deadhouse, you get the Wish for Accuracy from a wishing well in the Garden of Sebohrin, and it overall looks reanimated.
