Is this really the follower event after the choya race event?

I haven't seen this event happen directly after the choya race event. Is there some sort of timer after which it happens? I have not yet managed to find what triggers this event, but it doesn't happen right away after the race.

Update: I just saw it happen roughly 7 minutes after race ended. Still unsure if it's a follower of the race event at this point. Maybe Narcisse just alternates between the two?Lineste (talk) 14:52, 19 November 2025 (UTC)
