Here is additional information that is either incomplete or that I don't know what to do with:

Lines said by Scout Alusian during the event (complete and in chronological order):

• Stay close, Commander.
• I've studied this forest. It knows me.
• Hm? Did you say something?
• (Said by the player character) No.
• This…itching…in the back of my skull… (groans) Closer…
• N-no! How?
• Commander, you must destroy it— Argh! I can't resist… It beckons!
• Commander, I think it's drinking magic…to shield itself. If you can destroy…the links…
• Another shield… (groans) It's behind my eyes! Such a terrible sound!
• Please, hurry… It's almost spent… One last shield…
• Thank you, Commander. Gods know what would have happened if you hadn't saved me…
• What the seers were researching… I see now what caused the mursaat to pursue their own black arts with such fervor.
• I must report this to the magister.

Take note that the use of punctuation in the lines is inconsistent, but as it appears in the game. I have used single ellipsis characters above, but the game seems to use three separate periods instead.

The objectives include, but have not been checked during the entirety of the event:
