Stat change with update?

Did the 2019-09-17 update change this potion? It now does 10% increased damage to Branded Foes in Thunderhead Peaks instead of the increase of power? Rose Solane (talk) 17:21, 17 September 2019 (UTC)

Clarification on "Can be used outside of Thunderhead Peaks. The effect persists across map changes."

Is it just effect that persists across maps or do the stat bonuses themselves continue to apply across maps? Trying to determine if tooltip is RAW or just unchanged. ItsJustMeMal (talk) 19:14, 3 November 2025 (UTC)
