Can someone confirm the quantity of pieces of crustacean meat you get on this please? I only got one elusive crab and got 5 pieces but it could be a variable quantity. --Funky Jah (talk) 18:54, 31 October 2025 (UTC)

Also got only 5 myself. Took so long to catch this crab. Was fishing in saltwater nodes for days. Then in freshwater I cought it right away. Might be a bug of wrong description in game. -- Sworly 16:29, 6 November 2025 (UTC)

Elusive Boxcrab can be caught in Shipwreck Strand, but only in Freshwater holes. It's the fishing hole text that's wrong, not the map location. I've edited to reflect this. My proof of catch at The Neverfalls: https://i.imgur.com/yRl0XBw.png Hindbrain (talk) 20:04, 12 November 2025 (UTC)

Catch rate

Fished for this in Starlit Weald exclusively. 82 casts for castora, 146 casts for avid castora. GLHF. --Vm0d (talk) 16:20, 6 December 2025 (UTC)

I've spent over 200 Sparkfly Larva in both Starlit and Shipwreck, in Freshwater Tropical holes. I'm pretty certain at this point that this fish is bugged and is no longer obtainable. 68.83.233.48 18:26, 31 December 2025 (UTC)
