Does Fabri ever trust the player?

I wonder if there's anything the player can do to further the dialog, seeing this character is spying on the pirates, and is so close to a secret whispers base, I wonder if there's any combination of factors that'll unlock special dialog. Maybe Order of Whispers Secret Message 4 and 5 could play into it given the proximity, I tried finishing the event chain, and talk to this character with the items on my inventory and equipped but nothing worked.
