Can this be dodged?? The preceding unsigned comment was added by 58.96.82.214 (talkcontribs).

I'm pretty sure it can't, no. —Ventriloquist 12:03, 12 March 2016 (UTC)
Really late reply/update, but yeah, it can be dodged or blocked. —Ventriloquist 00:19, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

Bugged?[edit]

I currently do not get the toolbelt skill when I have Utility Goggles equipped on my skill bar, just a blank space on the corresponding F-key Magua.4978 (talk) 15:30, 6 September 2025 (UTC)

It's there for me, for Core, Scrapper, and Holosmith (Mechanist doesn't have it for obvious reasons). Is it possible you were running Mechanist and had forgotten to slot a trait, so it looked like you had an empty tool belt slot? VectorSomething (talk) 19:27, 7 September 2025 (UTC)
It's happened on more than one account for me. To be sure, I checked my free-to-play account and took these screenshots with the skill missing in all of the slots it should usually be File:User Magua FBBug01.jpg File:User Magua FBBug02.jpg File:User Magua FBBug03.jpg Magua.4978 (talk) 07:34, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
Low level character? Or also on max. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 20:35, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
On my low level on a FTP Steam account, and also on my 13 year old ArenaNet account with a level 80 Engineer File:User Magua FBBug04.jpg Magua.4978 (talk) 10:14, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
Do you happen to have Scrapper unlocked on that character? I'm wondering if there's a bug with Flashbang being linked with the old toolbelt ability Sneak Gyro used to have. Vingam (talk) 14:54, 22 September 2025 (UTC)
On one account, yes, on the other no. The Engineer on the free-to-play account hasn't reached level 80 yet, and is the highest level character on that account. Also the free-to-play account is Steam, with a separate .dat file to the ArenaNet one Magua.4978 (talk) 16:39, 22 September 2025 (UTC)
