It seems that the infusion is currently bugged. It gives +9 Power and +5 Agony Resistance instead of stated +9 Agony Resistance and +5 Power. Can anyone double-check to confirm? ~~ Luuksch: I pulled the power and agony resistance from the Guildwars 2 api for this item. So it should be correct as I placed it on the wiki
~~ DreamCatcher: Yes, the item is providing the wrong numbers in boosts(switched around), but the description is what I edited in. Seems like an in-game bug. I'll report it. EDIT: The bug has already been reported in forums and is being worked on.
