Alternative Method

Some decorations that you receive as drops can be double clicked in the guild hall (if you have permissions), to deposit them (example: "Fragments of the Solid Ocean" from CM Fractals)

In addition to this, you'll sometimes have an option to use certain currencies to buy extra copies for the guild.
