No Effect on the Brand

While the dialog from the vendor, Agent Jaren, mentions "you'll find this suit extremely handy if you're going into the Brand" there doesn't seem to have any effect, branded enemies attack you just the same, and I couldn't find any special effect this suit would provide on the brand, maybe someone else can do some more testing, but it's highly likely just like every other tonic.
