Just found this on Reddit "Burning Ember" + "Fragment of Earth" + "Heart of Darkness" + "Heart of Fire" = Champion Event Bring all 4 items to Hellmouth Falls and you'll get given an option to "Add a little spice" (or along those lines) to the Boiling Hot Lava with an interact option. This cannot be repeated an infinite amount of times for event farming because the Boiling Hot Lava has a cooldown.
^^This is correct, boiling lava is a tiny interact point at the TOP of the falls (one of the lava vents/pools up the side of the mountain)

Replace with feedback text. --184.162.186.82 15:53, 17 August 2025 (UTC) The veteran IMP DOES NOT spawn at the entrance of the tunnel but spawns around the lava lake inside Mount Maelstrom and gets kill fast by the players. If you miss it, you are stuck waiting for the next event since it is not anywhere outside the main event.
