Karma for Action

I haven't done any map completion of the core game in a long time, but, as far as I can recalled I don't remember any other action for a Task that gives you karma each time it's completed like we get from putting the meat in the stew pot. I wonder if this is just an artifact left from early development like there are some others or could there be more to this? Anyone know of other examples such as this?
