% for Scarab Meat?

I just turned in 13: 6 in regular bag, 7 in invisible bag and got 44% (average each = 3.38%). Turned in 4 more and got an additional 17% (average each 4.25%), total 61%. Scaled by how many turned in? Turned in 3 and got 14%, total 94%. Pattern seems to be holding. 8% for one Scarab Meat and +3% each for any more than one in a single donation. At that rate, you would need 32 at once to complete the entire heart, but you could complete the heart with just 13 if you run back each one before getting more. Waterfall
