Not necessarily an old man. For me it was a young guy with short black hair and no facial hair, albeit still dressed in blue colors but different gear.

Looks like you basically need to find a guy who wants a drink and has that specific dialog. Age does not matter. I had the old man NOT wanting a drink and a young man wanting one instead (and he had the dialog about not even getting an ale). Necropola (talk) 23:44, 8 November 2025 (UTC)
