Seems to have a higher chance to drop from the chest at the end of the meta event. So far got it on 2 accounts the first time after unlocking getting the Plated Staff (even worked with buying the Plated Staff from the merchant at the end of the meta event and then looting the statue chest immediately after).
- The item is listed as guaranteed from the meta chest. The old note likely referred to the chance from Noxious Pods. --Hazasoul (talk) 19:14, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
