On the notes section: "Will only appear when players have unlocked Vision I: Awakening."
This is not true. I don't have it unlocked, yet I can see and interact with the memory fragments and they do work as intended.

I can confirm this claim. A user in the Guild Wars 2 Discord today sent us a clip of this happening. They were able to activate a memory fragment with just a glider and no Vision I unlocked. I've added a bug section to the page for now, as I can confirm this was not always possible. --Wrin
