Weaker effect (ally-only maybe?)

When checking the Nightmare Weapon (effect) page in-game it seems to only have half the effect (675 non-scaling damage and 606 healing with 0 healing power). I guess this is the version of the weapon spell shared to allies? Checking the actual Nightmare Weapon skill in-game shows the correct numbers (the roughly 1.3k amount shown on this page for PvE).
