Outgoing damage to healing

The tooltip says "converting a percentage of outgoing damage into healing", but does that mean self-healing or group healing? Kurtosis (talk) 03:42, 18 July 2025 (UTC)

Damage you do heals you. So if you do 100 damage you heal 15 (in PvE). Works on direct damage and condi damage --Dak393 (talk) 04:13, 18 July 2025 (UTC)
