The rotten meat has multiple possible spawning points, actually. They are all on the story page. ~Sime 13:31, 1 November 2025 (UTC)

When playing through I picked up and then put down the meat not realizing what it was for. When I later tried to find it again it was nowhere to be found, so I suspect that the item might disapear when dropped and doesn't respawn. If so I think that's worth noting, but probably best someone else verifies to be sure it's not just a bug. --Dave247 (talk) 08:58, 4 January 2026 (UTC)
