Encountered a special dialogue here, I am assuming it is because I chose to join the priory. After the existing dialogue, it game me a continue green arrow response of

Apply trained scrutiny.

This inscription doesn't appear to be more than 100 years old. It's not hard to deduce that it was a legion soldier, probably one on patrol here, who took time out to carve a snide comment.
