Interesting. Sareb is a male in "Mr. Sparkles, A Tale of the Asura", but is female in game. I wonder why the change was made.--Will Greyhawk 22:51, 30 October 2012 (UTC)

- Perhaps Sareb is the only sylvari to have a gender identity, and was unlucky enough to be born with a body that didn't match it. --82.0.20.30 17:28, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
Sareb and Time Trial NPC[edit]
It's possible that Sareb is the female sylvari Time Trial (NPC) stationed at most of the beetle races around central Tyria. They share the same model. Additoinally, in Southsun Cove, where you can talk to her about the bonus racing event, the Time Trial NPC nearby is a completely different sylvari; Sareb and her doppelganger have never been seen in the same place at the same time.
