I got this item today while doing the heart Help Tariq weaken the garrison and also the event Help Rebel Keyon steal weapons from the garrison. Since I did both at the same time and only saw this item after I portaled back to LA, I can't say for sure where exactly I got it. However, there definitely seem to be other methods of obtaining the item other than the one mentioned in the article. – Vaetir (talk) 19:19, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

These drop from the enemies you kill during the Stop informants from delivering spy reports to the raven posts event. Neither Kisha Odili nor Tariq Ayim will take them if their hearts are completed. UnderworldRanger (talk) 10:09, 14 November 2025 (UTC)
