Eparch Evader

I tried Eparch Evader twice. The first time I was downed immmediately. The 2nd time (I came back), I used Shadowstep to successfully leave the room as soon as he started pulling me, but the achievement did not register.

Midnight Rest

I have tried sitting in many locations of the throne, during and after defeating Eparch in the Eleventh hour, but it will not give me the achievement.

Update:

I confirmed the 2 achievements above are not required, in order to complete the parent achievement, thus I was able to unlock the "Relic of the Wayfinder".
