Regarding step 4 'bug' - not a bug. Ability to purchase Jar of Finely Ground Bloodstone Dust is there, but does not drop an item to inventory. It gives credit for the achievement step. Only need to do once - will not show for purchase after achievement step is gained. Will note did attempt to finish achievement without going for step-4 due to bug notice, but it wouldn't complete. So went to find Sous-Chef Seimur Oxbone, spoke to him, and there was the item to purchase. Did not drop to my inventory, achievement step chimed, and item disappears from the merchant's inventory.
