Act structure is wrong. This was Acts 1 and 2.
There are twin meta-achievements, Visions of Eternity: Act 1 and Visions of Eternity: Act 2, each covering the parts of the story in one map (so Act 1 is Chapters 1-4, and Act 2 is Chapters 5-8).
