these are also found in Janthir wilds as a collection quest. not sure which one they are for or if they were mis-marked with the quest item tag.
Usage in Lowland Shore[edit]
If the second part of Star-Crossed Lovers is active, then Wildflowers will appear in Lowland Shore. They won't go in to your inventory, but will instead add the Wildflower effect.
