Upgrades	Tier 1 - Hire a Second Worker	5  0  0   100	Another worker will help complete structural upgrades faster.
	Tier 2 - Hire Additional Guards	15  0  0   200	Hires more guards by the gates and on the walls.
	Tier 3 - Raise Guard Level	25  0  0   400	Increases the level of the guards at the tower. (From 80 to 82.)

	Tier 2 - Reinforce Gates	15  0  0   400	Reinforce the tower gate to make it stronger.
	Tier 3 - Fortify Tower	37  50  0   800	Fortifies the tower walls to make them nearly impossible to breach.
