Extension to Janthir Wilds Rifts[edit]

Would it make sense to extend this table to the four Janthir maps? Right now, the template seems to suggest that there are six maps in "rotation" for Rifts, namely the three variable ones and the three fixed SotO ones. I came here looking for basic info on Rift Hunting and had to dig a bit to understand that there are *also* Rift events in all of the Janthir Wilds maps.

Alternatively, if that would make the table too wide and have too many static maps, maybe a split into two templates (dynamic for Core+Dragon maps and static for SotO+JW maps) would also be reasonable. --BelleroPhone (talk) 17:52, 8 June 2025 (UTC)

I'd remove the "Map 4, Map 5, Map 6" columns, add a first note that "The Kryptis rifts in Secrets of the Obscure maps - Skywatch Archipelago, Amnytas, and Inner Nayos - are always available."
Then add a second note that "The Titanspawn mists rifts in the Janthir Wild maps - Lowland Shores, Janthir Syntri, Mistburned Barrens and Bava Nisos - are also always available."
How's that sound? -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 17:59, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
Sounds like right on target! I like that this way, all of the info would still be contained in one template and you would present the core distinction of "here are the variable, and here are the static Rift Hunting locations" in one combined place, also visually contained withing the "block" of a table. --BelleroPhone (talk) 19:00, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
To slightly expand my UX argument here: I found out that Rifts are in a sense a "loopable" activity, wanted to find out more about that on the Wiki and quickly found the info hub in Rift Hunting. There I have all the general info first and then at the bottom of the page I found the location information while scrolling (hence the emphasis on the visual distinction). From there, I went back to the game to apply the location knowledge. The "hidden" aspect of the technically different Titanspawn Rifts in Janthir Wilds was at that point not relevant to me. --BelleroPhone (talk) 19:03, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
