Notes

• The two spy kits can be purchased for a total of 28 from a heart vendor and 1 and 28 from merchant.
• There is another spy kit (Order of Whispers Spy Kit) that is cheaper than the Spy Kit which only costs 16 . But the Order of Whispers Spy Kit does not advance this achievement.
