3	Insecure	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan giving a half-hearted wink and nod to the viewer. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Insecure.”	Upper level. On wall of tall buildings next to lightning crystal and where a Charr Lionguard and a human Child are standing.
4	Inaccurate	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan clumsily firing arrows at a target with a bow. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Inaccurate.”	Upper level. On the cliff hidden by leaves. Under the Water Balloons, sometimes there is a Quartz Crystal Formation nearby.

7	Invalid	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan attempting to call attention to his injured arm to garner sympathy. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Invalid.”	West of Zephyrite Memorial and under the Hot Air Balloon.
8	Infuriated	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan that’s puffed up and enraged upon a stage as fearful passersby look on. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Infuriated.”	West of Sky Docks Waypoint, under a lightning crystal.
9	Indiscreet	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan with a bottle in hand telling off color jokes and insulting audience members. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Indiscreet.”	Upper level. At the bottom of the tree, north of Zephyrite (Aspect Arena).
10	Incautious	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan being beaten by angry pirates yet still bearing a strange grin. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Incautious.”	On a grassy patch sticking out, halfway down the cliff beneath the motor holding the aircraft.

13	Inappropriate	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan whose actions are obscured by a large black box. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Inappropriate.”	Next to Rollo, opposite the Karma Merchant on the same platform.
14	Incoherent	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan that appears glass-eyed and confused while a bemused crowd looks on. 19	Incomprehensible	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan amid slogans that border on the ludicrous as confused citizens look on. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Incomprehensible.”	On the top of the northern sluice gate (water source), above the lowest waterwheel.

24	Indubitable	This flier is torn and weathered, featuring a drawing of a quaggan surrounded by two groups that are carrying signs supporting opposing ideas. Below are the words “Kookoochoo the Indubitable.”	On a roof, directly above Weaponsmith Ulster. Also directly next to a Sky Crystal.
