Transaction Record is a book found in the Breezy Cay.

- This unusual book has a lock mechanism with a coin slot. A message on the cover reads, "5 silver to open!"
Pay 5 silver.
- You hear a clicking noise, and the lock mechanism snaps open.
Open the book.
Try to read the book without paying. (play a bombing effect)- Leave the book alone.
